We have had the good fortune to work with Wally Miller for the past twelve years, on an ongoing basis. Our first project was a two story room addition, a screened in porch and a cabana bath. The collaborative effort, detail to workmanship and sensitivity to price per value was outstanding. Based on the tremendous success of our first project, we worked with Wally as he renovated our kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bathrooms, a guest room and our basement. We like to call our home “the house that Wally built.” His ability to understand exactly the look that we wanted to create made it a pleasure to work with him and all of his tradesmen. His eye for detail and design contributed to the beauty of the finished product. We learned our renovation lesson the hard way...getting burned badly by our previous General Contractor. This time we did much more research and after the glowing recommendations, we wound up meeting with Wally Miller. Wally Miller was the best thing that ever happened to us. We did a very large project, almost doubling the size of our home with a very large kitchen, full basement, window replacements throughout, and a beautiful screened porch. Your contractor can become part of the family, or someone who just tries to make more than he quoted you with change orders and bad news, etc. Seven years later, we're still friends with the Millers. Wally Miller builds a house like he's going to live in it.

Wally has been instrumental in helping us to enjoy our home and has been working at giving our home a fresh look. As a craftsman who had previously done a major room addition for a family member, we called on him when, unfortunately, we had a fire that leveled our garage and damaged the exterior of our house. We are thankful that we did.
During a period of high stress and financial uncertainty, Wally calmly led us through the process of dealing with the insurance adjuster, and he was able to rebuild the garage within the budget given to us by the insurance company- all within a remarkably short period of time. Not only that, he took the opportunity to update the garage to meet and exceed all current building codes in our city and our own needs for added storage space in the garage. The end result was a garage that far exceeded the quality of the original "builders spec" and was commented on favorably by the Code Compliance person who reviewed what Wally did. Since then, other tradesman (like the garage door installer) have also praised the quality of the work.
Attention to Detail… Quality… Cost… and being Comfortable with who you let into your home; are all things we considered when selecting the right contractor to work around our house. We are very happy with W.B. Miller Construction in ALL of these categories. We first used W.B. Miller Construction on a smaller job, building a breakfast knook and opening a wall in our kitchen. Wally and his team did a great job. Years later we wanted to double the size of our house by converting our ranch into a two story home. This was a very big deal for us and a large job. Because of the great job W.B. Miller did on our kitchen, it was the first company we contacted We did contact and received proposals from other companies, but we chose to become return customers and awarded our project to WB Miller Construction – and we are so happy that we did! Wally’s team knew the details that were important to us and when we saw other construction projects in our neighborhood, there were obvious quality differences. For my family, knowing that our home is built to last means a lot to us. Additionally, we have been very comfortable and trust Wally and his team being in our home.
